What You’ll Do
- Coordinate pipe installation plans with the superintendent and management team
- Supervise daily crews and subcontractor activities
- Operate heavy equipment for excavation, pipe/culvert installation, and backfilling
- Use lasers and levels to ensure accurate pipe installation grades
- Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specs and schedules
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of Foreman experience in underground utility installation or related heavy civil work
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and job site tasks
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality
