Student Coordinator

A Zionist organization dedicated to strengthening the connection between young Jewish students and the State of Israel is seeking a Student Campus Coordinator to lead activities at universities across the United States.

The role focuses on community leadership, developing and implementing educational programs, and guiding students as they explore opportunities to strengthen their connection to Israel, including Aliyah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and strengthen student communities on designated campuses.
• Plan, initiate, and manage educational and community programs focused on Jewish-Zionist identity and Aliyah.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Jewish, Zionist, and student organizations.
• Collaborate with partner organizations and institutions in Israel and abroad.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students interested in strengthening their connection to Israel and exploring Aliyah opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, required
• Basic proficiency in Russian, required
• Basic proficiency in Hebrew, strongly preferred
• Prior experience in community, educational, or organizational work with students or young adults, preferred
• Strong leadership skills, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Strong affinity to Israel and clear commitment to Zionist values, required

Position Details:

• Full-time or part-time, flexible
• Position involves work on campuses across the United States
• Willingness to travel as needed
