- Ability to work closely with experienced surgeons and clinical staff
- Perform patient evaluations, including history and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage orthopedic conditions and injuries
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic studies
- Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, procedures, and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Education:
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Arizona Physician Assistant license
- NCCPA Certification Required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
