The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Strategy Analyst to work closely with senior leadership in driving strategic initiatives, supporting corporate growth, and enhancing our marketing and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends within the consumer products, water technology, and environmental sectors.
- Partner with the marketing team to evaluate campaign performance, customer acquisition strategies, and brand positioning.
- Build financial and operational models to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Develop executive presentations, board materials, and investment analyses for senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.
- Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on strategic projects.
- Support new product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity portfolio operations, corporate strategy, growth strategy, or strategic marketing.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience analyzing market data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in working within a high-growth, private equity-backed business.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within consumer products, e-commerce, water technology, environmental services, sustainability, or industrial manufacturing.
- Exposure to digital marketing analytics, customer acquisition, or brand strategy.
- Experience supporting executive leadership or private equity investors.
