Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage a profitable agency territory
- Recruit, appoint, and develop independent agencies
- Create strategic plans tied to production and retention
- Serve as a consultative partner to agency owners and producers
- Collaborate with underwriting, pricing, and sales leadership
- Represent the carrier at agency meetings and industry events
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of insurance territory management, agency relations, or field sales experience
- Strong P&C industry and underwriting knowledge
- Proven success building agency relationships and growing production
- Active P&C and/or E&S license
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory
Salary & Benefits
- $80,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience) lucrative bonus
