Account Manager / Customer Service Representative
King Insurance Group | Boaz, Alabama
King Insurance Group is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager / Customer Service Representative.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
We’re looking for someone with a go-getter mentality who doesn’t just complete a task, but follows it through to resolution. The right person will be organized, professional, positive, and comfortable communicating with clients, insurance carriers, and other third parties throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Office Manager and agency team to help keep our clients and daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting clients
- Making outbound calls to clients, insurance carriers, lenders, mortgage companies, and other third parties
- Providing excellent customer service and helping resolve client questions and concerns
- Assisting with billing questions, payments, and policy-related service requests
- Helping clients file and report insurance claims
- Following up on outstanding items until they are resolved
- Data entry and maintaining accurate client and policy information
- Assisting with data review, reporting, and basic analysis
- Processing and organizing documents and service requests
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding client accounts
- Reporting to and working closely with our Office Manager
- Assisting with additional administrative and agency operations as needed

Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus, but insurance experience is not required for the right candidate. Training will be provided, and opportunities for licensing and professional growth are available.
