Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Birmingham, AL. The Account Manager will work to build and manage client relationships, oversee account performance, develop and execute client strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and identify growth opportunities to drive revenue and success for both the clients and the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture client relationships
- Ability to analyze account performance and implement results-driven strategies
- Experience in problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and business software

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts or projects
- 1-2 years experience in Logistics or Supply chain a plus
