Pay up to $33/hr
On-site M-F, 5 days per week in Marlborough, MA
9am-5pm
Temporary for 3 months
Must haves
-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
-ADP Workforce Now software experience
-Comfortable with creative sourcing and building relationships with schools and referral sources
-Strong sense of urgency
Nice to have, not required
-Nonprofit or healthcare industry experience
-Agency experience
Responsibilities
This recruiter will conduct full cycle recruiting for part-time healthcare/nonprofit roles. This person needs to be able to get creative, solve problems, and pivot when something isn’t working. Full cycle recruiting including creative sourcing, intake meetings, and screening candidates, through to offer. Opportunity to work with a great team and help impact a meaningful mission.
