Business Operations Manager

Hybrid: 2 days per week on-site near Natick, MA with 3 days per week remote
Summary
This hire oversees administrative and financial functions, including billing, reporting, contracts, and EHR management. This role supports leadership and program teams to ensure efficiency, compliance, and fiscal accuracy across multiple service areas. This role will be approximately 70-80% finance/medical billing and 20-30% operations. This person will have direct reports including the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including billing, front office, and administrative support.
- Oversee financial processes such as invoicing, vendor payments, and contract billing.
- Develop and review performance and financial reports; analyze trends and make recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, funding requirements, and confidentiality standards.
- Lead process improvements for billing systems and EHR utilization.
- Supervise administrative and billing staff, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of finance/medical billing experience
- Proficient with electronic health records and billing systems
- Some management experience
