Enjoy Half-Day Fridays:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism - whether in person or by phone
- Own the check-in/check-out process including collecting co-pays and verifying insurance
- Manage scheduling, cancellations, and appointment flow
- Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records
- Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and referral sources
- Track insurance claims, denials, and follow-ups
- Support overall front office operations and clinic efficiency
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You're detail-oriented, organized and confident managing a busy front desk
- You have experience with insurance verification, EMRs, and clinic operations
- You thrive in a structured environment and aren’t afraid to enforce policies tactfully
- You’re a natural problem solver and multitasker with a service-first mindset
- Prior experience in a physical therapy or medical setting highly preferred, but not required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with insurance verification and authorizations strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physical therapy or outpatient medical setting
- EMR or scheduling software experience
