Front Office Manager
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a true doer, leader, and manager. Someone who can not only supervise a team but also actively work inside the operational systems that keep the business running.
The ideal candidate should have an office accounting or administrative background, with experience in processes such as sales orders, purchase orders, billing, receiving, and working within structured numbering systems. We welcome candidates with team lead or supervisory experience and are not limiting consideration to those with formal “Office Manager” titles.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Oversee daily front office operations and ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Supervise and support a small front office team, including delegation and day-to-day guidance
- Manage workflow and ensure tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups are completed
- Work within Accounting Systems and work order systems
- Maintain and follow structured numbering systems used for tracking and organization
- Support importing and managing operational data into internal systems (CRM/ERP or similar)
- Handle communication related to front office operations
- Support general administrative and operational needs as required
- Identify and escalate issues when processes or performance are not on track
What You Will Need For This Role
- 1–2 years of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or administrative role preferred
- Familiarity with accounting and work order systems, including accurate data entry and use of structured numbering systems
- Experience working in or supporting operational systems and workflows
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Good communication skills and ability to support a small team
- Ability to manage interpersonal challenges, navigate different personality types, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure or fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently and escalate when appropriate
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) or ability to learn quickly
