About the Role:
A well-established, growing company in the manufacturing and service industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating field service, assisting customers, and supporting office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and coordinate field technicians
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Process invoices, billing, and collections
- Support inside sales and service agreements
- Order materials and track service requests
- Provide general administrative and office support
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service and/or dispatch experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of 45 WPM preferred
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
