The Mission (Responsibilities)

• Be the Expert: Perform pest control applications for a route of 16–20 customers daily.
• Customer Obsession: Provide excellent, friendly service that makes customers smile.
• Morning Huddle: Report to the office between 6:45 AM and 7:30 AM to collect gas, stock up on product, and sync with the team.
• Team First: Be willing to help fellow techs catch up if they fall behind—we win together.
• Physical Activity: Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly (stay fit while you work!).
• Training: Pass our comprehensive training program to ensure you are field-ready.

The Schedule

• Monday – Friday.
• Work-Life Balance: You work every other Saturday (enjoy a long weekend every two weeks!).

Requirements

To join the launch team, you must:

• Possess a Valid Driver’s License.
• Live within a 40-minute commute of our branch office: 49132 Wixom Tech Dr, Wixom, MI 48393.
• Be able to pass a drug test (and random screenings if required).
• Be reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow.
