Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and math skills
- Willing to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or overtime based on business needs
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to submit accurate, timely, and complete production paper work
- Ability to follow written instructions with attention to detail
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to quickly move hands to manipulate or assemble product
- Ability to quickly and repeatedly bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body or arms and legs
- Positive attitude, good attendance record, proven work ethic
- Ability to strictly comply with Standard Operating Procedures and GMP practices and guidelines
- Willingness to communicate with leadership about potential problems or process improvements
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred
