Your Responsibilities
- Execute the daily work schedule, including the mandatory 10:30 am sales training meeting.
- Master and consistently deliver the Kindred Sales Pitch, building rapport and identifying "Hot Buttons."
- Utilize our CRM (PestRoutes) to manage areas, place pins, and track performance metrics.
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and contribute to a winning team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Coachability, persistence, and a competitive drive.
- Ability to work required field hours, including some evenings and Saturdays.
- Strong desire to earn an uncapped, performance-based income.
- High ethical standards; commitment to honesty and professionalism.
