Job Summary: Kimray’s Summer Help Program provides high school students who are family members of Kimray employees the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience during the summer months. Summer Help team members support warehouse and assembly operations by assisting with basic tasks that help keep daily work running smoothly.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with general warehouse and assembly tasks as assigned
- Support team members with material handling, organization, and basic assembly work
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines, work instructions, and company policies
- Use hand tools and equipment under supervision, as appropriate
- Perform repetitive tasks that require attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Family member of current Kimray team member
- High school student and minimum of 16 years of age
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks
