Essential Job Functions:
In addition to a summer project, there will be opportunities to do some of the following, based on project assignment
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support IT staff in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications.
- Participate in system upgrades, data migrations, and process improvement projects.
- Help monitor and maintain system performance, security, and data integrity.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide technical support to team members and end users in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology-related initiatives.
- Learn and apply Kimray’s IT standards, policies, and best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
- Must pass background check and drug screen
