Inside Sales Associate - Food & Beverage, Nutraceutical & Pharmaceutical
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support the Sales & Marketing teams in identifying sales leads, engaging with prospective clients, and assisting in marketing initiatives within the Food & Beverage, Nutraceutical, and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 (depending on experience) / Job Class: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact prospective clients through business directories, trade shows, and existing leads.
- Discuss client needs and promote products/services, emphasizing key features and benefits.
- Assist in negotiating sales terms and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, trade show support, and targeted campaigns.
- Track and report on sales activities using CRM tools (Salesforce), ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company in customer visits and ensure brand consistency in all communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food, Business, or Communications.
- Previous sales or marketing experience, CRM familiarity (Salesforce a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, GMP, and quality documentation practices is preferred.
