Location: South Bay
Pay: $24.00 (Depending on Experience) / Job Class: Temp-to-Hire
Summary Description:
Work with general supervision, plans, lay outs, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs sheet metal parts, equipment, and products by performing the following duties.
- Read and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabrication, assembly, and installing sheet metal products
- Removes burrs and sharp edges by use of various hand tools and materials such as files and edge breakers
- Operates burring equipment using countersink, grinding wheels, burring rolls, bench grinders, rotary files, drill presses, and jitterbug
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

- Must demonstrate common sense and possess mechanical aptitude and abilities Experience/Training/Education/Certification

- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Pass background and drug screen
