What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, drop-ins, and LinkedIn outreach
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to present our staffing solutions and identify workforce needs
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to match staffing solutions with client demands
- Assist with on-site client visits and maintain a strong local business presence as a brand ambassador
- Continuously develop your sales skills and grow into roles such as Sales Executive or Account Manager
Required Skills:
- 1 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting
- Goal-driven with a proactive mindset to meet targets and take initiative
- High energy, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Clean DMV record and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
