Responsibilities

Skills
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom management and behavior management skills.
- Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing early intervention strategies for diverse learners.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, special education needs, and early childhood education standards such as Montessori or standardized testing methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Familiarity with toddler care practices, physical education activities for young children, and child welfare policies.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom routines while adapting to the individual needs of each student.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; experience teaching physical education or tutoring is a plus.
