• Designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that inspire creativity, curiosity, and growth.
• Creating a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Guiding and supporting children in developing essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure the best possible learning experience for each child.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress to celebrate milestones and address challenges effectively.

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead with energy and care. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• A genuine love for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a dynamic classroom.
• Creativity and adaptability to engage children in a variety of learning activities.
