What You'll Do
- Promote Kidwell's electrical and technology solutions, including:
- Electrical services
- Lighting upgrades
- UPS and Generator Solutions
- Structured cabling
- Low-voltage infrastructure solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Develop strategic partnerships with end users.
- Conduct prospecting activities, sales calls, and business development meetings.
- Identify upcoming projects and collaborate with internal teams to develop winning solutions and proposals.
- Manage and grow an active sales pipeline through effective planning and execution.
- Provide exceptional account management to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with Kidwell's Outside Sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer handoffs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturer and vendor partners.
- 2 years of electrical, construction, technology, or related industry experience required; 5 years preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree preferred, but equivalent industry or sales experience will be considered.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve goals and drive results.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Desire to learn and understand the solutions and services Kidwell provides.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to travel frequently during the day, with occasional overnight travel as needed.
