Data Center Operations Assistant Manager
Kidwell is seeking an internal team member to fill in a Data Center Operations Assistant Manager position. This Individual will need to be able to communicate effectively to a wide variety of people sharing the Kidwell vision and goals, assist in managing and scheduling of manpower with the ability to solve or diffuse personnel issues if necessary and utilize creative thought processes to solve issues or find new opportunities within the fast-paced data center environment. What You’ll Do
- Timecard and Per Diem review/validation
- Communication and coordination of local and travel team and Trade Partners
- Assist in the interview process of Data Center candidates.
- New hire onboarding assistance of local and travel team
- Identify and facilitate the resolution of issues that may arise on and off the site
- Plan and coordinate meetings
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable yourself and your team members to the necessary standards of Kidwell, our Trade Partners, General Contractors and Clients
- Knowledge of Electrical, Integrated Systems, and/or construction industry is preferred.
- Communication skills that are strong, well-developed, and informative
- Organizing and prioritizing multiple initiatives will be a daily part of this role. The ability to use time effectively and meet tight deadlines is crucial.
- Highly motivated and driven to stay on task to help drive company initiatives.
- Ability and willingness to travel to sites as needed for short stays.
- Ability to learn and operate new systems and software.
