Position Summary

KidsUnited is a premier brand dedicated to fostering early childhood development through the exciting sport of soccer. We’re thrilled to announce our arrival in Ann Arbor and are seeking passionate individuals ready to embark on a fast-paced and rewarding career journey!

As a Sales Associate at KidsUnited, your primary goal is to drive new memberships by making daily outreach calls, booking free trial classes, and converting trial participants into members. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every family has an exceptional first experience with KidsUnited while meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

The position will focus exclusively on sales until the KidsUnited facility is open with the possibility of moving into a front desk/sales role as facility begins its normal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to new leads and past inquiries
• Schedule and confirm free trial soccer classes for prospective families
• Follow up with families after their trial sessions to convert them into members
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, conversion goals, and other KPIs
• Accurately track all activity and results using the company CRM
• Provide an enthusiastic and professional first impression to parents and children
• Assist with walk-ins, facility tours, and community events
• Support weekend birthday parties or special events as needed

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience (phone-based experience preferred)
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent verbal communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with families and children
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Benefits

• Part-time position with hourly pay (approximately 20-24 hours per week)
