Overview
We’re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for families at our pediatric therapy clinic in Milford, CT.
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for children and caregivers while keeping daily clinic operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and families, creating a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and daily calendar coordination for therapists
- Answer and direct phone calls with strong customer service and professionalism
- Support patient intake, including collecting forms and verifying information
- Maintain accurate and organized medical records within EMR/EHR systems
- Communicate with families regarding appointments, updates, and general inquiries
- Assist with front office operations (filing, faxing, supply management)
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications
Required:

Preferred:
- Previous experience in a medical, pediatric, or therapy setting
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
