Patient Care Coordinator
Are you someone who loves helping people feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the very first interaction? We’re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing physical therapy team in a part-time role.
At our clinic, we believe healthcare should feel personal, empowering, and approachable. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping things organized behind the scenes, and bringing creativity to patient communication and community outreach.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Manage scheduling, appointment reminders, and patient communication
- Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries promptly and compassionately
- Assist with intake paperwork and EMR set up
- Support therapists and office operations to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Help create a welcoming, positive clinic environment
- Assist with light administrative and organizational tasks as needed
- Assist with creating simple, engaging social media content for Instagram and Facebook
- Capture clinic photos/videos and help highlight patient success stories, team culture, and educational content
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to switch tasks efficiently
- Comfortable using scheduling software, email, social media platforms, and Google Drive/Workplace technoolgy
- Creative mindset with an interest in community engagement
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
- Previous medical office, wellness, fitness, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Passion for helping people and creating a positive experience
Schedule
- Part-time, in-person position
- Flexible hours may be available
- Some morning and evening availability preferred
