What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Lead/Assistant/Coach for Summer Transition Program position at Kids' Galaxy Childcare & Early Learning Center?
We are one of the fastest growing providers of high-quality child care and early education. Our enrollment is increasing post pandemic and we are looking to expand our team. We are hiring for kind, fun loving, creative, flexible and reliable people to be a part of our team. Currently we have the following teaching positions available at our Dacula and Lawrenceville location:
To qualify for lead, you must have a minimum of a bachelor degree.
To qualify for assistant/transition coach, you must have a minimum of a CDA/AA/TCC.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE BILIGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH.
-Lead STP Pre-K: 7:00am-3:30pm (1 position available)
-Assistant STP Pre-K: 7:00am-3:30pm (2 positions available)
-STP Transition Coach: Hours will vary (2 positions available)
Please note that these are temporary summer positions. However, there may be the option to continue employment into the 2026-2027 school year.

The teacher is responsible for all aspects of care and education for the children enrolled in his/her class. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: lesson plans, age appropriate activities, implementing Quality Rated rules and regulations, physical caregiver, developmental assessments, following an age appropriate curricular plan, maintaining a clean, safe, and structured classroom environment.
Qualifications/ Responsibilities:
· Must have the ability to relate positively with children, parents, and co-workers.
· Maintain a professional attitude and work behavior.
· Previous teaching or assistant teaching with quality preschool or child care center is preferred.
· Observe and implement all Bright from the Start rules and regulations.
· Accept responsibility for necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom, common use areas, and playgrounds.
· Must be able to work flexible hours and have reliable transportation.
· Must meet basic requirements of child care regulatory agency.
