Your Impact in This Role
As a BCBA at KIDS ABA Services, you will be both a clinician and a leader. You will design and oversee treatment that builds functional skills, fosters independence, and helps families feel supported and empowered. You will guide clinical teams, partner with families, and translate data into meaningful progress.

What You’ll Do
Clinical Leadership & Treatment Design

Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations

Create, implement, and refine individualized treatment and behavior support plans

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes
Collaboration & Family Partnership
-
Partner with families and caregivers to ensure consistent, child-centered care

Attend treatment team meetings and IEP/ISP meetings as needed

Participate in insurance authorization and review processes for assigned clients
Team Development & Supervision

Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BTs, RBTs, BCaBAs, and students

Conduct regularly scheduled client observations (minimum two per month, per client)

Support professional growth with high clinical and ethical standards
Caseload & Documentation Management

Maintain a billable expectation of 27.5 hours/week (110 hours/month)

Complete:
• session notes
• monthly data analysis
• treatment updates
• assessments & reports
• insurance documentation -
Initiate onboarding and treatment for new clients promptly at leadership direction

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Strong ethical decision-making and sound clinical judgment

Ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly and compassionately

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration
