Your Role & Impact
As an RBT at KIDS ABA Services, you will work directly with children to build communication, social, functional, and adaptive skills that foster independence. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, partner with families, and celebrate progress big and small.

What You’ll Do
Therapy Implementation

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA

Use evidence-based teaching strategies during structured and play-based activities

Reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills
Data & Reporting

Collect data accurately throughout sessions

Document session notes thoroughly and on time

Report clinical observations to the supervising BCBA
Collaboration & Support

Partner with families and caregivers to support generalization across environments

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development

Communicate respectfully with supervisors and colleagues
Professional Standards

Maintain RBT certification and adhere to the BACB code of ethics

Uphold confidentiality, dignity, and client rights at all times

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Active RBT certification

Comfort working with children who have developmental or behavioral needs
