What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at KIDS ABA Services?
Join Our Team of Change Agents
At KIDS ABA Services, we believe ABA is more than a service—it’s an opportunity to change the trajectory of a child’s life. Every new skill, every behavior replaced, every moment of confidence gained matters. We build teams of clinicians who are energized by progress, grounded in ethical and evidence-based practice, and united by a shared mission: helping children thrive.
We’re looking for a BCBA who wants more than a job; we’re looking for someone who wants to shape a better future for the children we serve and for the field itself.
Your Impact in This Role
As a BCBA at KIDS ABA Services, you will be both a clinician and a leader. You will design and oversee treatment that builds functional skills, fosters independence, and helps families feel supported and empowered. You will guide clinical teams, partner with families, and translate data into meaningful progress.
