What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician (BT) position at KIDS ABA Services?
At KIDS ABA Services, we believe that learning happens in moments — a shared smile, a new skill, a problem solved, a breakthrough in communication. Every one of those moments matters. Behavior Technicians help create them.
We’re looking for individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by helping them build skills that lead to confidence, independence, and long-term growth.
If you want a role where you can see the impact of your work every day, you’ll love being part of this team.
Your Role & Impact
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children in 1:1 settings to help build communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You will implement treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and be part of a team committed to ethical, child-centered care.
You’ll be trained, supported, and developed — no prior ABA certification required.
