Who We’re Looking For
- You’re comfortable with Facebook and Instagram (using them for business purposes, engaging leads).
- Previous auto sales experience is helpful—but not required.
- You’re coachable and willing to learn
- You’re a self‑starter: you’ll proactively set appointments, follow up on leads, and guide every customer from first click to drive‑away.
What You’ll Do
- Generate & Nurture Leads
- Engage online leads (Facebook/Instagram) and set showroom appointments.
- Return phone calls, emails, and texts within 15 minutes of a lead’s inquiry.
- Build Relationships
- Listen to customer needs, explain Kia features and technology (we’ll train you).
- Quote pricing, walk through financing/leasing options, close deals.
- Collaborate with Teammates
- Pull customers into the showroom with lounge‑style hospitality; work with F&I, service, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Participate in sales‑team huddles and monthly performance reviews.
