Who We’re Looking For
- A proven Finance Manager with 2 years of dealership experience (F&I licensing required).
- Strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and captive financing sources—able to negotiate effectively.
- Exceptional communicator: you’ll explain loan terms, extended warranties, and protection products in clear, customer‑friendly language.
- Data‑driven: you track and improve metrics like finance penetration, backup product penetration, and reserve percentage.
- A natural coach: you’ll train sales staff on best practices for compliance, disclosure, and maximizing deal profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead our F&I Department
- Structure deals by pairing customer needs with the best lender options—achieving high approval rates while maintaining strong profitability.
- Present finance and protection products (GAP, extended warranties, prepaid maintenance, etc.) in a consultative manner.
- Ensure 100% compliance with state and federal regulations and Kia corporate guidelines.
- Optimize Department Performance
- Monitor daily gross profit, penetration rates, and F&I gross per vehicle—implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Collaborate with sales management to set monthly finance goals and forecast performance.
- Coach & Develop Staff
- Mentor junior finance associates—providing one-on-one coaching on presentations, disclosures, and finance paperwork.
