Position Summary
The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for setting appointments for our sales team and ensuring each interaction is logged into our CRM and followed up on. The successful candidate must be friendly, outgoing, and not afraid to make cold calls and engage potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives and ensure efficient calendar management.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to establish rapport and interest.
- Work with the sales team to support business development initiatives and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful appointment setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly ELeads, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage effectively with clients through warm calling techniques.
- Background in technical sales or marketing is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
