Location: Two Rivers, WI (Offsite Warehouse)Department: ShippingHours: 6am - 2pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtimePay: Starting at $23.00 an hour Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at our offsite warehouse in Two Rivers, WI. This intermediate leadership role is responsible for coordinating daily operations including shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities. The Warehouse Coordinator ensures timely and accurate material flow, supports inventory accuracy, and fosters a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials. Fulfill material requisitions from the main plant with accuracy and timeliness. Communicate with plant personnel to confirm material needs and resolve discrepancies. Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments. Assist with inventory verification and resolve count discrepancies. Lead and support a small team to achieve operational goals. Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training for new team members. Foster a positive work environment through clear communication and engagement. Document downtime reasons, review with Lean Process Managers, and suggest improvements. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure compliance with PPE and safety standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional training in Leadership, Warehouse Management, or Lean Manufacturing preferred. Prior leadership experience helpful. Forklift operator license or ability to obtain within one month of hire. Valid driver's license required. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems; ability to learn BPCS system. Ability to meet deadlines and motivate others respectfully.
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Work in an offsite warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled. Occasional domestic travel (up to 5%) to main plant. Overtime may be required to meet customer demands.
