make a meaningful impact. As a key part of our production leadership,
you\'ll help guide our fabrication team toward operational excellence
while ensuring top-tier product quality and on-time delivery. Key
Responsibilities: Supervise and support technicians, optimizing labor
and cell flow for efficiency and quality Manage production schedules,
inventory needs, staffing, and workflow decisions Collaborate with other
managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products Maintain
open communication with technicians and leadership Hire, train,
evaluate, and resolve personnel matters in compliance with state and
federal laws What You Bring: Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or
Business (Required) Minimum 2 Years Of Supervisory Experience Lean
Manufacturing experience (preferred) Value-Added Skills: Flexibility to
work extra hours and weekends as needed Strong communication and
decision-making abilities Analytical mindset with a proactive approach
