Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with sanitation standards to uphold cleanliness in all areas
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed, demonstrating flexibility within the food service environment
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without sacrificing quality of service
