Responsibilities include: Preparation/review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns Preparation/review of high-net-worth individual returns Review of C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns Review of complex individual returns Will research and draft memorandum involving tax matters Identify tax planning opportunities Handle and resolve tax controversies Training and supervision of staff Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting CPA 5+ years of public accounting tax experience for mainly corporations and Partnerships; Individual tax experience is a big plus Prior experience in managing and leading teams, demonstrating effective leadership abilities Proficient project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently Outstanding collaboration, communication, organization, and analytical skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
