Description
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Senior Analyst Equity Administration. Responsibilities:
Administer employee equity and stock-based compensation programs in alignment with plan requirements
Process stock transactions and ensure accuracy and timeliness
Manage lifecycle of equity awards, including new grants and ongoing distributions
Support administration of employee stock purchase programs, including enrollments, contributions, and reconciliations
Develop and deliver employee communications, training materials, and support resources
Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Legal, Tax, and Payroll
Perform regular reconciliations, audits, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Maintain equity-related systems, databases, and reporting tools
Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity plans, eligibility, and transactions
Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Analyze data and generate standard and ad hoc reports
Support tax-related matters associated with equity compensation
Assist with process improvements, documentation, and special projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Several years of experience administering equity or compensation programs, preferably in a global environment
Knowledge of various equity award types and high-volume transaction processing
Experience working with equity management platforms and third-party providers
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization
Advanced analytical and Excel skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of compliance requirements and internal controls
Familiarity with stock plan regulations and governance practices is a plus
Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
