Deployment Lead Location: Tarrytown, NY Job Type: Contract Compensation: $78 - 84 Hourly JobID: 2173255-AQG Description Kforce has a client in need of an Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials Deployment Lead for a 6-12-month+ remote contract position. Candidates that are able to work a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in the White Plains -Tarrytown, NY are highly preferred. Responsibilities: Develop and execute detailed, multi-phase deployment plans for the Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials upgrade program Define deployment strategies, milestones, timelines, and risk mitigation plans Serve as the central coordination point across vendors, IT, and business stakeholders Ensure alignment and synchronization across dependent systems Oversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, and deployment readiness Ensure comprehensive testing prior to each release Enforce SOX, ITGC, GRC, GXP, security, and change control compliance throughout deployments Provide technical guidance and issue resolution during deployment phases Manage high-volume data migrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Track progress and report status, risks, and mitigation plans to program leadership Maintain deployment documentation, lessons learned, and best practices Identify process improvements and ensure scalable, future-ready deployment strategies Provide post-deployment support to address user issues, defects, and performance concerns Requirements Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-phase Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials deployments Good knowledge of GXP Compliance is a big plus Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial modules Expertise in deployment planning, risk management, SOX, and IT change controls Hands-on experience deploying Finance, Procurement, and Product Data Hub modules Experience with chart of accounts and item master data redesign Knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, and compliance Strong communication and leadership skills across cross-functional teams Experience with cloud platforms and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
