RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking an Senior Program Manager in Jacksonville, FL.
Duties:
* Lead oversight and coordination of multiple large-scale enterprise programs and strategic initiatives
* Manage cross-program dependencies, timelines, and integration efforts to ensure cohesive delivery across the organization
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Program Managers and project teams to maintain execution quality and delivery consistency
* Align program objectives and priorities with broader business goals and organizational strategy
* Monitor overall program health, including risks, performance metrics, timelines, milestones, and delivery outcomes
* Identify and resolve escalated risks, issues, and resource conflicts impacting enterprise initiatives
* Facilitate executive-level governance meetings, status reviews, and decision-making discussions
* Ensure consistent application of project and program management standards, methodologies, and governance processes
* Partner with senior business leaders and stakeholders to address cross-functional challenges and maintain delivery momentum
* Drive prioritization and sequencing of initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and business value
* Oversee consolidated program planning, reporting, and communication efforts across multiple workstreams
* Support organizational readiness, change management, and transition planning activities to ensure successful adoption of program outcomes
* Ensure program deliverables remain aligned to approved scope, objectives, and expected business results
* Promote continuous improvement in program execution, governance, and operational effectiveness
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
* Strong leadership capabilities
* Experience managing large-scale enterprise programs
* Ability to navigate competing priorities while driving alignment across stakeholders, teams, and business functions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
