We’re Hiring: Senior Manager, Enterprise PMO (EPMO)
Are you a strategic program leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead enterprise-level programs and drive execution excellence across a portfolio of high-impact initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead multiple cross-functional programs from strategy through execution
• Drive alignment between business objectives and program delivery
• Establish and maintain governance, reporting, and performance standards
• Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across program portfolios
• Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes
• Mentor and guide Program Managers across initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• 7 years of experience in enterprise program management or PMO leadership
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in governance, risk management, and execution frameworks
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
