We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives in complexity, excels at uncovering the “why” behind business needs, and can drive clarity across cross-functional teams.
In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to translate business challenges into high-quality, actionable solutions within an Agile environment.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Lead discovery sessions and define clear problem statements
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements
• Perform gap analysis and process modeling (current vs. future state)
• Collaborate with Agile teams on backlog refinement and sprint delivery
• Support QA, UAT, and solution validation
• Drive process improvements aligned with business goals
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 5 years of Business Analyst experience in IT environments
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Expertise in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Exposure to billing, claims, or policy systems
• BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)
