Kforce has a client in Houston, TX seeking a Workday Software Engineer. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations within the Workday ecosystem
- Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using standard Workday integration technologies
- Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions
- Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve errors, failures, and data discrepancies
- Support upgrades, new releases, and enhancements to existing integrations
- Collaborate with Workday analysts, HRIS, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow
- Document integration logic, configurations, and support procedures
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support activities
- 2-5 years of experience developing and supporting integrations on the Workday platform
- Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday integrations
- Workday integration frameworks (e.g., EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, or similar)
- Data formats such as XML, JSON, and flat files
- Experience supporting integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, or related modules
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment
