Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Administrator in Boston, MA. Duties:
- Lead and support HR systems projects and ongoing initiatives, with a focus on Time, Absence, and Payroll-related processes
- Analyze business needs and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HR technology solutions
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot system functionality to ensure reliable performance and user satisfaction
- Provide functional and technical support to HR and business users, including issue resolution and change testing
- Develop and maintain documentation such as business processes, user guides, and standard procedures
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement releases, including planning, testing, and implementation
- Support compliance-related processes by maintaining clear documentation and participating in periodic reviews and audits
- Create and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for HR and business users
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support workforce-related insights and decision-making
- Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy across HR systems and integrations
- Stay informed on industry trends, system capabilities, and regulatory requirements impacting HR, Time, and Payroll
- Experience supporting or administering HR information systems, including Time, Absence, and Payroll functional areas
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and system configuration concepts
- Ability to analyze requirements, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions
- Experience with system testing, upgrades, and process improvements
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to train and support end users
- Experience creating reports or dashboards using HR data
- Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, compliance, and controls
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
