Kforce has a client seeking a Software Development Engineer on a contract-to-hire basis in Pittsburgh, PA. This individual will play a key role in supporting the development and enhancement of software solutions while collaborating closely with a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data, the ability to develop scalable solutions, and experience working across backend systems and automated testing environments. The Software Development Engineer will also automate and enhance integration testing processes, and develop and maintain APIs and support system integrations across applications.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience
- Must have experience with JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
- Must have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
- Must have a familiarity with AWS environments and cloud-based development
- Must have experience developing and integrating APIs
- Must have a strong understanding of backend development concepts and data-driven solutions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative engineering team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
