Kforce has a client seeking a Senior UX Designer in Fort Lauderdale, FL who is strong in UX fundamentals with solid UI execution skills to design intuitive, high-quality web and mobile experiences. This role will own designs end-to-end and partner closely with Product and Engineering. Key Responsibilities:

- Create user flows, wireframes, and journey maps
- Design high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Build interactive, clickable prototypes
- Deliver dev-ready design specs and annotations
- Contribute to and maintain design system components
- Design A/B test variants to support experimentation
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and support external partners as needed
- Use user feedback and analytics to iterate and improve designs
- 5 years of experience in UX / Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI execution
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Experience working with design systems
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
