Position Summary: The Senior Technology Support Technician provides advanced, hands-on support for enterprise hardware and software systems. This role delivers in-person and remote technical support, ensuring reliable operation of IT resources through installation, configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and asset management. The technician is expected to deliver high-quality customer service with clear communication and strong follow-through. Key Responsibilities

Position Summary: The Senior Technology Support Technician provides advanced, hands-on support for enterprise hardware and software systems. This role delivers in-person and remote technical support, ensuring reliable operation of IT resources through installation, configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and asset management. The technician is expected to deliver high-quality customer service with clear communication and strong follow-through. Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support computer hardware, software, systems, mobile devices, printers, and scanners
- Provide in-person and remote technical support to end users
- Coordinate and support audiovisual setups and video conferencing solutions
- Support and troubleshoot virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoTo)
- Maintain and monitor systems using enterprise tools such as Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, including repair or replacement as needed
- Track IT assets and maintain accurate documentation
- Recommend and implement solutions to improve efficiency, processes, and technology usage
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Windows 10/11
- Collaborate with other IT teams on projects and initiatives
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (evenings and weekends)
- Travel to remote locations as required to provide support
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent (additional education or certifications preferred)
- Enterprise IT experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware and software environments
- Ability to learn new systems and tools in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical thinking and adaptability to change
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or as part of a team
- Experience working under pressure with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Availability to work onsite between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
