This role oversees SEC filings, GAAP compliance, and monthly/quarterly close activities while managing and developing a small team. This role oversees SEC filings, GAAP compliance, and monthly/quarterly close activities while managing and developing a small team. - Lead the consolidated financial reporting process, including monthly close and management reporting
- Oversee preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, earnings releases, disclosures)
- Coordinate quarterly and annual audits with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and support adoption of new accounting standards
- Manage XBRL/interactive data tagging for SEC filings
- Partner with Investor Relations on earnings releases and investor materials
- Support complex accounting research and financing or offering documents
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA preferred; MBA a plus
- 8 years of combined public accounting and/or public company experience
- Strong SEC reporting and technical accounting background
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
